This piece was hand made by Lindsey on the potter’s wheel from porcelain clay.

4.25” tall and approx. 3.25” diameter at its widest point.
The vase has ruby colored crystals on a ruby green background. The crystals you see on the vase are actual zinc crystals that were formed during the firing! The red color was achieved from a third reduction firing after the glaze firing to change the colors from green to red.
Due to the unique nature of crystalline glazes, no two pieces are ever alike. The crystals are actually grown during the firing and cooling process (which reaches over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit).
