This piece was handmade on the potter's wheel by Lindsey from porcelain clay in a tree shape. It is glazed with my light green crystalline glaze with green colored crystals on light green colored background that gives a multitude of depth and dimension to this piece. The base is made from high quality, food grade stainless steel. The crystals on this tree shape look like pine needles.
- 4" tall and is 1.25" at the widest point
Due to the unique nature of crystalline glazes, no two pieces are ever alike. The crystals are actually grown during the firing and cooling process. The time and temperature must be accurate in order to achieve crystal growth on the piece.
