Omega dahlia tuber.

1 tuber.

Colors of a Caribbean sunset radiate from the semi-cactus blossoms of this large-flowering Dahlia. Shades of pink, orange, yellow, and apricot evolve as the 8-10” blossoms mature. There is a lot of variety of the color of these flowers as the season progresses. Bright pink to start and changing more towards orange later in the fall. The twirled and tousled petals have spiky tips, adding style and spirit to this compelling beauty. Great at the back of the border or for cutting. 3-4' tall plant. Amazing color and vase life!

Planting: Your tubers can go directly into the ground in the spring when the ground has warmed and there is little chance of frost. One good guideline is to plant in the same time frame as you would a tomato. If you want blooms as early as possible, you can start the tubers indoors in good light about a month before planting time. You will then have a small plant ready at planting time. Dahlias can be planted as late as mid-June in most parts of the country.
