The zinc crystals covering the surface of the piece are a silvery green color on a green and white background. These crystals really glow in the light!
Due to the unique nature of crystalline glazes, no two pieces are ever alike. The crystals are actually grown during the firing and cooling process (which reaches over 2300 degrees Fahrenheit). The time and temperature must be accurate in order to achieve crystal growth on the piece. Each piece is unique!
There are several cups available. Due to their handmade nature, each cup is slightly different. You will receive one of the cups pictured.
